Aaron Gordon reached a place many people work their entire lives to arrive at. The company was thriving. The work was respected. His family and community were supported. By all measures, the dream had been realized.
And yet, something felt unfinished.
Not because the work lacked anything, but because success, once achieved, inevitably asks another question: what’s next?

The Answer didn’t arrive as a strategy.
it arrived as space.
Wide, open land. Warm air. Fulfilling weekend days in work boots. Time spent alone with a small excavator on a quiet parcel in Northern California. A return to the physical, the elemental, the reasons he started building in the first place.
Then came a conversation with a close friend and former colleague, a luxury designer living and working in Park City, who asked simply;

At the same time, park city was changing. And it still is… rapidly.
More work. More ambition. More complexity. And alongside it, a growing need for more builders who could execute at a high level; thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with respect for the place itself.
Aaron Gordon Construction, Inc. Mountain West is born from that convergence.
This is not a departure from what AGC has built over decades. It’s an extension of it... the same rigor, systems, and standards honed in the Bay Area, applied to the technical demands and environmental realities of mountain building.
